Chapter 3        Chateau Lafite, Isabella’s Islay

 

It was a pleasant evening of autumn season with the perfect calm weather, leaves withered from the trees, and people were going for a walk with their lovable pets. Charlie watched this from his club and smiled but there was a fear that was intruding him by seeing the bill. In his thought, he was thinking only about the girl, and he believes that he will turn to see her again and find out who CJ is. Charlie started to focus on his work, it was valentine’s week, a lot of teens will turn up to the club and Charlie managed to decorate the club and kept roses on the table. A truck from Vegas reached his club, by looking at the truck he got excited and ran towards the entrance. The truck driver parked and got down from the truck, with a generous smile he asked, 'are you, Charlie?'. Charlie answered 'yes, I’m Charlie'. 'Sir, this is the parcel from Las Vegas, Can I keep the parcel inside the Club?' the driver asked. With a smile and a warm gesture Charlie said yes and asked him to keep it inside the reception. Charlie entered inside and asked his staff to help the driver for keeping the parcel. Charlie counted the boxes, 20 boxes and 5 crates of German beer were placed in the reception, The driver asked him to sign on the paper, 'Charlie raised his eyes, is this some kind of formality? Ha-ha just kidding buddy, I’ll sign.' He opened the cigarette box and asked him to take one. He lit up and went out of the club, The driver handed him, a small parcel. He opened it there was a letter inside it, it was mentioned you will find something expensive inside and it was for someone special and if you find your special one’s given them a glass of drink to them. Charlie curiously unpacked it, there was a bottle of “Chateau Lafite, Isabella’s Islay”.
The club started to get crowded slowly as the dark increased, Teens were drinking and some couples were hugging in the corner of the club, a group of teens was shouting and dancing with the DJ, Charlie was happy that he will make a lot of profit in this week so he may develop his club in the future, for this happiness, he opened the Isabella’s Islay and poured in a glass. He was looking at the teens from the cabin and enjoying the night. The club became crowded, and even though there was no space to sit and drink, people managed to overcome it. Charlie went outside the club to stop the ‘Stag entry, then there was a women’s voice calling Charlie from distance, Charlie turned, but right now he isn’t drunk or high as the previous night. It was the same girl with whom he was drinking, there was a good breeze, her hair started to blow, and her hair was colored blue, He saw her eyes and it was bluish! Her face was white as Lilly, she was wearing a black crop tee and wore a jacket above the T-shirt. She was wearing high heels and a leather purse on the left side, Charlie walked towards her waved his hand, said Hey and gave a warm hug to her. She checked with Charlie whether there is any space left inside as its past 12. Charlie answered without checking and took her inside his club. He was building up a conversation and he took her to the main Cabin; and asked her to wait. Charlie called his staff to clean the table, brought some flowers, and asked the staff to keep the flowers on the table, and wore a black jacket, grabbed a few perfumes from the cupboard, and wore it. He entered the main cabin and asked the woman for a drink, she told him Wine works well, He ran and took the Chateau Lafite and 2 wine glasses. He started drinking the wine with her. He built a good conversation and Charlie made his first move, she liked it and asked for another glass of wine, He took the bottle, and she surprisingly asked Charlie for Chateau Lafite. The expensive wine, Charlie chuckled and replied yes. Time was past 2, and the crowd started to disappear, Charlie asked her whether she can dance with him, and she replied yes. They went to the DJ area and danced for a while. Time was past 3, Charlie checked with her whether she is comfortable, and she informed him that she will be leaving the club. Charlie asked whether she needs to be dropped somewhere. She denied the offer and said she will manage, she hugged Charlie, and Charlie asked what’s her name, she chuckled and said, 'I’m Millie' and with a smile, she left the club.

The sun was raising, and cricket was making sounds, The beard guy finished halfway through the forest, and he saw a road in the distance. He got thirsty; his lips became dry. He was fetching some water, he was looking for some cars, so he can stop them and ask for some water. he couldn’t find any car so he started to move away, so he can find a gas station. He saw a girl coming towards him, and as she comes near to him, he started to recognize the face, and he stopped for a while. The girl came close to him, and he stopped her and asked her whether she can fetch some water for him, she replied with a smile and gave a water, he was smiling and appreciated that girl and asked for that girl’s name, she replied ‘Oh I’m Millie’! He smiled and she asked his name, he was silent, she called him again, but he didn’t answer, and he was chuckling. She raised her voice and asked hey you old man, what’s so funny about my name, if you have the guts to disclose your name, do it. He became silent and she asked his name one last time, he was silent, and he kept his hands inside his jacket, Millie pushed him and said I need to go, He took the knife from his jacket and with the spine of the knife, he attacked the girl’s occipital region. She fainted, he was roaring, and he started to give an evil laugh and said, ‘I’m CJ’!
